Who processes your data

For anything about your data write to [email protected]. We answer within one month at the latest.
When you only browse
You need no account to use the calculators and we ask you for nothing. The server keeps a short-lived technical log (IP address, time, page address) for security and troubleshooting.
When you create an account
We store your name, e-mail and password (the password only as a cryptographic hash, so not even we can read it). Signing in with Google adds your Google account identifier and a link to your profile picture.
For security we record sign-ins and password changes together with the IP address and browser description, so you can see in your account who signed in from where and so we can stop password attacks. These records are deleted after 90 days.
The legal basis is performance of a contract (providing the account) and our legitimate interest in security.
Advertising and analytics
The site is funded by Google AdSense and we use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic. Both may store cookies.
Before they run we ask for your consent through Google Funding Choices. You can change or withdraw consent at any time, at the bottom of the page or by clearing cookies in your browser. Without consent no personalised advertising is shown.
Pages also contain affiliate links (Dognet) and sharing buttons (ShareThis), which may use cookies too.
Subscription and invoices
Part of the site will be available for a fee. When you buy a subscription we process your billing details (name or business name, address, and company and tax numbers for businesses), e-mail and payment and payment-status data.
Your card number never reaches us — the payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland). All we learn is that the payment went through, its amount and your billing details.
The legal basis is performance of a contract (providing the subscription) and a legal obligation to keep accounting records.
Important about erasure: we are required by law to keep issued invoices for 10 years (Slovak Accounting Act). Even if you close your account we will not delete the invoices — they are stored separately and used solely for accounting and tax purposes.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. It is processed on our behalf only by providers we need to run the site:
- Google Ireland — advertising, analytics, Google sign-in
- Cloudflare — protection and speed
- Brevo — sending verification e-mails
- Stripe — processing subscription payments
Some of them may process data outside the European Union, always under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep data
- Your account and its content — while you have it; deleted when you close it
- Security records containing IP addresses — 90 days
- Verification and password-reset links — hours to days, then they expire
- Invoices and accounting records — 10 years (legal obligation)
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and the right to object.
You can do most of it yourself in your account: change your details, download a copy and close the account. Otherwise write to [email protected].

Children
The site is used by pupils as well. Please do not create an account if you are under 16 without your parent or guardian knowing. Calculators and explanations are freely available without an account.
Changes
If this notice changes we will change the effective date above. Significant changes will be announced to signed-in users by e-mail.
